Wedding Attendants
Jacob Krimbel
I've known Jacob since my sophomore year of college, when we lived in Allen together (different floors; we weren't roommates until later. Not that it mattered much). I don't actually remember the context in which I met him - it probably involved Ray in some way - but I do remember all sorts of useful Jacob stories, which makes up for it. I remember how his presence caused multiple power outages whenever we were together; how he set a couch on fire while I was down the hall; how he cheered me up when I was really down by bringing me over to his family's place to play Super Smash Bros; how he first brought me to the Lorraine Theatre, by far my favorite place to watch movies; and how he, of all my friends, truly found his dream career, and has subtly lorded it over us ever since. He's been the best of friends ever since I met him, even as he hardly ever talked...
I am proud that Jacob has agreed to be my Best Man. And I'm pretty curious as to what that's going to mean; we don't go in much for standard "tradition" here...
