Eva was my first real New Friend of college. She adopted me into her social group, the Eva Gang, shortly after meeting me; and from there, my life really turned into what I was looking for - friends, silliness, activity, leadership, and all of the fun things that I didn't even know before that I needed. What more kind of influence does a guy need? For good measure, my parents nearly adopted her (they *loved* the idea of having a daughter), and we've been there to help each other plenty of times through the years...
I'm proud to have stayed so close with her, and that she's willing to stand up with me on the big day.
