Danielle McKay
Danielle is the maid of honor, and she rocks out as one of my best friends.
We met in my dormitory at the University of Illinois, Florida Avenue Residence Hall, although she was also in my orientation group during the summer (and I was too nervous to talk to her). One of my earliest memories of her is trying to find the Union to watch a live band, and getting completely lost. We were freshmen, what can I say?
We lived on the same floor (go Oglesby 4!) for our freshmen and sophomore year, and then we moved into an apartment off-campus for the next two years along with Lindsay Yorke and Jenny Powers. Good times.
Key memories- Altered Egos (first week at college?!), bad pool tables in the basement, bleeding bulletin boards, desk clerk fun times, Bollywood films, scary monkey puppets, muddy feet, Crane Alley, Bombay Grill... the list is long.
Danielle has been a great friend for the past 5+ years, and I'm excited to have her as my maid of honor.
